Balila
Ingredients
(makes 1 serving)
2 cups cooked chickpeas
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 tsp salt (to taste)
1 tsp cumin
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup olive oil
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix half the chickpeas with salt, cumin, garlic and mash
- Add lemon juice and olive oil and mix
- Add the rest of the chickpeas and mix. Taste and adjust seasoning
- Drizzle olive oil on top and garnish with mint and serve
